Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then we'll find a solution together.

Right of withdrawal
You have up to 14 days after receipt to return your order without giving a reason. Just let us know at info@mysterykitz.nl.

Conditions
The product must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it, preferably in the original packaging.

Printed shirts: shirts printed with a name and/or number at your request are made especially for you. You therefore cannot return them. Is a printed shirt damaged or printed incorrectly? Report it within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Return costs
The shipping costs for a return are for the customer's account. You choose which carrier you use. Keep your proof of shipment until you have received your refund.

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used to pay.

Damaged or incorrect product?
Report it within 7 days of receipt at info@mysterykitz.nl, with a short description and, if possible, a photo. We'll then sort it out.
