FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What you get, what it costs and when we ship.

What's in a box?

One football shirt in the size you choose. If you order several boxes, you'll never get the same shirt twice in one order.

Can I choose which shirt I get?

No, that's the surprise. You do choose the Kit: The Captain (clubs), The Anthem (national teams), The Legend (retro), The Queen (women), The Wonderkid (kids) or The Signature (signed by Eljero Elia). Would you rather not get a shirt from a particular club, or do you already have one? Add it to the note with your order. We take it into account as far as possible, but we can't guarantee it.

What is The Signature?

A football shirt from Eljero Elia's career, signed by him by hand: Juventus, the Netherlands or Southampton. For Juventus it can be the home or the away shirt, so there are four possible shirts. Which shirt you get is the surprise. Price: €99,99. Order on a working day before 17:00 = shipped the same day.

How does the bundle discount work?

Mix freely, including different Kits and sizes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout: 15% on 2 Kits, 25% on 3, 30% on 4 and 35% on 5 or more. The Signature counts towards 15%, 30% and 35%, but not towards the 25% for 3 Kits. Discount codes cannot be combined with the bundle discount.

When will my box be shipped?

Order on a working day before 17:00 = shipped the same day, with PostNL. If you order after 17:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday, we ship on the next working day. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders from €99,99 (after discounts). Below that, shipping costs €5,99. You'll always see the shipping costs to your address at checkout, before you pay.

What if I don't like a shirt?

You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt. Let us know at info@mysterykitz.nl and then send the shirt back, preferably unworn, unwashed and with the label attached. If you withdraw, you pay the return costs yourself. Shirts with a name or number are made especially for you and cannot be returned. You'll find everything in our returns policy.

Can I give a MysteryKitz as a gift?

Of course. Our box is sturdy and smart, so it's ready to give as it is. Add a personal message to the note with your order.
