Choose
Choose your Kit and size
Choose The Captain (clubs), The Anthem (national teams), The Legend (retro), The Queen (women) or The Wonderkid (kids). Or choose The Signature: a shirt signed by hand by Eljero Elia. You choose the size for each box, and every box contains one football shirt. No subscription.
More boxes? Mix Kits freely in your cart. The discount comes off your total automatically:
- 2 boxes 15%
- 3 boxes 25%
- 4 boxes 30%
- 5 or more 35%
The Captain, The Anthem, The Legend, The Queen and The Wonderkid all count, also mixed. The Signature counts towards 15%, 30% and 35%, but not towards the 25% for 3 boxes. One discount applies per order: discount codes cannot be combined with the bundle discount.
Selecting
We choose your shirt
Within the Kit you choose, we pick the shirt: a club shirt, national team shirt or retro shirt. You only see which shirt it is when you open the box. If you order several boxes in one order, you'll never get the same shirt twice.
Would you rather not get a shirt from a particular club, or do you already have one? Add it to the note with your order. We take it into account, but we can't guarantee it.
Checking
We check the shirt
Before the box is closed, we check the shirt ourselves for stitching, labels and print. Something not right when it arrives? Email us at info@mysterykitz.nl and we'll sort it out.

We ship with PostNL. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way. We don't ship at weekends or on public holidays; your order then goes out on the next working day.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know before you open your first box.

Can I choose which shirt I get?

No, that's the surprise. You do choose the Kit (The Captain for clubs, The Anthem for national teams, The Legend for retro, The Queen for women or The Wonderkid for kids) and your size. Would you rather not get a shirt from a particular club, or do you already have one? Add it to the note with your order. We take it into account, but we can't guarantee it.

How does the bundle discount work?

The more boxes, the bigger the discount: 2 boxes 15%, 3 boxes 25%, 4 boxes 30% and 5 or more 35%. You can mix Kits and choose a different size for each box. The discount comes off your total automatically. The Signature counts towards 15%, 30% and 35%, but not towards the 25% for 3 boxes. Discount codes cannot be combined with the bundle discount.

What if I don't like a shirt?

You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt. Let us know at info@mysterykitz.nl and then send the shirt back, preferably unworn, unwashed and with the label attached. If you withdraw, you pay the return costs yourself. Shirts with a name or number are made especially for you and cannot be returned. You'll find everything in our returns policy.

What about quality?

We check every shirt ourselves for stitching, labels and print. Only when everything is right does it go into the box. Something not right when it arrives? Email us at info@mysterykitz.nl and we'll sort it out.

How fast is my box shipped?

If you order on a working day before 17:00, we ship your box the same working day with PostNL. We don't ship at weekends or on public holidays; your order then goes out on the next working day. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way. The Signature has its own shipping date, shown on the product page.

What does shipping cost?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €99.99 (order total after discount); below that you pay €5.99. For other countries the cost depends on the destination: step 4 above shows the amount for your country, and you'll always see it at checkout. Free shipping applies within the Netherlands only.

Can I give a MysteryKitz as a gift?

Of course. Our box is sturdy and smart, so it's ready to give as it is. Add a personal message to the note with your order.

Any other questions? We reply within 24 hours on working days.
